Mario Santiz Lopex started learning how to grow coffee from his parents at a young age. As he grew up so did his love for growing high quality coffee, and he eventually purchased his own 2 hectare parcel of farmland tat was in desperate need of rejuvenation. Mario planted leaf-rust resistant Sarchimor coffee plants across the parcel and continues to push the quality of his coffee upward to this day.
